¡Spanglish! is hosted by half Colombian, half Persian JessicaPaola Abtahi locally known as La “Cookie,” she provides cultural diversity and a flirtatious dynamic to the show. FUTURO President and Puerto Rican Diane Ortiz brings her Caribbean flavor and spice to liven-up any conversation with that “Riqueno” accent! Mexican Uriel “El Looney” Rodriguez helps bring focus to the ladies, although eccentric,hence his name Looney, he provides the mature voice of the show. All members actively support FUTURO, an organization from the TNHCC that provides student opportunities for professional development.
